Position Purpose:

This position will be responsible for network planning and estimating freight and duty cost for the future models in AP region.

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:

1) Program submission for various milestones for the assigned programs

2) Interactions with JV’s (or) Ford Affiliates & Cross functional teams for the forward models at each milestone to define assumptions and capture the facts for planning.

3) Design the network for the forward models and estimate the freight cost and duty driven by the designed plan.

4) To ensure prove the detail walk and explanations for the variance between current and prior milestone.

5) Find Opportunities the same are confirmed & aligned by CFT’s and rolled into financials for the forward models.

6) Will be responsible to support strategic studies. (Eg: make (or) buy / Rate of Return Analysis etc.)

Qualification requirements:

Education Qualification	Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering & Post graduation in Engineering (or) MBA with major in operations.
No. of Years of Experience	2 - 4 years.
Professional Exposure (Technical Skills)	Supply chain
Preferred previous experiences	In Finance
Functional Skills	Supply Chain (preferably logistics).
Behavioural Skills	Communication (Good Written and Speaking English capabilities), Presentation Skills
Special Knowledge/Skills Required	Good command on Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
