The Global Sales Organization is formed by three regions and two dimensions across the team - (1) America, (2) Europe, Middle East, Africa & India (EMEAI), (3) Asia Pacific (4) Nuclear group and (5) China.



Main Activities:

? Manage the day to day technical and commercial communication with customers. Supporting existing contracts execution with customers if necessary.
? Be the main interface between Chinese customers and company (technical, commercial, quality, etc```).
? Be the voice of the customer in the organization, and be the company voice in the customer organizations, understand and translate the customer expectation (explicit and implicit) to company nuclear organization.
? Consolidate the leading position of the company in China by continuously promoting our capabilities.
? Develop contacts with key actors of the nuclear industries (end-users, design and inspection companies, NNSA, administrations.
? Develop the company nuclear image by organizing specific communication event (exhibition, customer seminar,)
? Report its activity on a regular base to the Senior Sales manager Nuclear China.
? Collect and forward to the management information regarding the Chinese market and the competition.

Experience & Skills Required:

? Minimum 5 years of valve experience in a sales (or technical sales) function in contact with big customer organization in a multi cultural environment.
? An experience in the nuclear industry would be appreciated.

Personal skills:

? Discipline and team work spirit
? Ability to negotiate the contract and good in customer communication.
? Maturity with business strategy planning
? Adaptability creativity and initiatives
? Fluent in English listening, speaking & writing

Education:

University Mechanical Engineering education is required as minimum. Complementary education in sales & marketing will be appreciated.
