Job Title
China AFM Manager

Summary of the role:

Maximise sales of current portfolio of spares and service products into electric power and oil/gas industrial sector customers in the responsible region, China mainland, Hongkong and Taiwan.

1. Liaisons with relevant internal departments/companies/authorities for projects/business.
2. Establishes sales quotas and budgets.
3. Establishes and maintains relationship with agent and customers.
4. Advises management on consumer trends and feedback
5. To comply the business objective of Great China and to implement it in the best practice in order to secure the base business, to meet the assigned budget and to support the growth initiative via market development and business penetration.
6. Business information collection- collect and update, on the regular basis, the market, customers, business partners as well as competition.
7. Regular customer visit and prepare report on time.
8. Work with colleagues to prepare quotations for business and to support the commercial side to follow up payment issue from the client.
9. Management reporting to superior by way of monthly review to ensure the identification of potentials to improve profitability/future sales and to ensure customers satisfaction.
10. Develop, comply and update the business plan for projects and key accounts, respectively, and fully utilize these means as communication platform to share information, action, and to track the progression of the business.
11. Identify and prepare realistic project list for the budget of the financial year. Investigate all possible back up project to secure the FY budget.
12. Compliance with all applicable rules and laws.
13. Managing and coaching the sales staff in the responsible area.

This role is fallen under CCI China team reporting to Commercial Leader of China.

Required Skills and Education:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES:
1. University degree
2. Experience in industrial/power plant/environments
3. Team orientation, co-operative, specifically with other divisions
4. Fluent in English
5. Good communication skills to understand customer situation.
6. Ability to structure situation and issues for peers and management
7. Good negotiation skills with the ability to lead customer to win-win solutions
8. Ability to build awareness for the need of service and the associated.
9. Ability to use PC applications ( Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Project )
10. Working process (inquiry, offer, T&C)
11. Service technologies (spares manufacturing, repairs, trouble shooting)
12. Planning, purchasing and implementation of service products for from an operator's
point of view
13. Willing to travel
