1.0 Position Summary

a. Ensure fulfillment of quality control activities in accordance with valid procedures and work instructions.

b. Ensure the quality control process in order to perform all inspection steps according to quality plans (QP) to assure the quality of product according to customer requirements.

c. Ensure the product and process quality control as well as Supply Quality Assurance and ensure that the products supplied to Cameron by vendors meet the required quality specifications prior to delivery to customers or before are post to stock.

d. Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality related issues and lead root cause/corrective actions to prevent recurrence through internally developed tools.

e. Perform/Support internal /external audits, source inspections, etc as necessary in observance of the quality system requirements or in evaluation of vendors and their products.

f. Coordinate nonconformities identification, initialization and finalization of nonconformities reports (NCR) by checking the NCR and Corrective and Preventive Actions Report (CPAR) status.

g. Ensure and follow up the implementation of corrective actions for nonconformities highlighted during internal, customer, third-party and external audits.

h. Check and ensure recording and analyzing of external complaints, determine corrective actions status and send the corrective action reports to QA Engineer.

i. Maintain quality records.

j. Inform QA Engineer and other Departments representatives in time, about critical problems concerning control process.

k. Participate on activities regarding new part production preparation from quality point of view.

l. Coordinate HSSE activities for QC.

m. Any other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.

2.0 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Quality Engineering

· Possess 3 years' hands-on experience in control and management of quality functions

· Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

· Possess practical experience knowledge in QMS, such as ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 preferred

· Ability to interface and communicate effectively with cross-functional team and vendors

· Certified Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, Reliability Engineer (CRE), Quality Engineer (CQE) would be advantages

· Can read and write English, good computer skill (Auto CAD, Office)

· Knowledge in API 6A is preferred.

· Possess level II cert for both UT and MPI.

· To Take care of both QA and QC responsibility, including inspection and process witness;

3.0 Location:

The employee should station in Nanjing for the beginning 6 months and then location (Shanghai or Nanjing) will be subjected to open discussion depending on the workload. While in Nanjing, frequent biz travel is expected.

We are open for candidate in Shanghai who accepts such arrangement or candidates in Nanjing who has intention to move to Shanghai in a long term run.
