岗位职责：
1. Make sure the customer orders processed, manufactured and delivered on time and in time.
2. Manufacture more with less, use less, and buy cheaply with less time. And drive continuous improvement in pursing all the operational KPI.
3. Ensure the proper in-process quality control at the Work Cell and all the products are following the customer’s quality standard.
4. Enhance the housekeeping of Work Cell, making sure the 6S, EHS, and operator behavior complying with the requirements of process and company’s regulations. And ensure all equipment is within specification and suitable condition.
5. Continuously provide support on new product introduction. Make quick and correct samples, and ensure responsiveness and flexibility.
6. Ensure shop floor data captured, input and reported on time and accurately. Monitor the customer demands loading and production capacity, to escalate the risk and suggestion for management decision.
7. Control expenses and continuously drive down the operating cost, such as consumable material, manpower cost, and maintenance/repairing cost, make sure they are under budget.
8. Manage the raw material at a reasonable level. Continuously driving down the aged stocks and stock days.
9. Lead artwork design team to provide prompt support on both samples and mass production;
10. Lead POD service team to continuously bring value added with excellent on site technical support;
11. Initiate and manage Lean/6 Sigma projects on manufacturing cell to promote KPI performance.
12. Make and implement individual training plan, appraise the individual’s skills regularly to ensure their behavior complying with the requirements of process and company’s regulations, make sure their skills develop continuously.
Lead the Flexo team, offering direction and support, enhancing their capability, and developing the team in alignment with the request of business growth.

任职资格：
Education and Training:
1.Bachelor degree on engineering or equivalent, printing industry is preferred;
2.Fluent English on both oral and written;
3.Knowledge on Lean manufacturing conception;
Experience and Skill:
1.At least 10 years working experience in manufacturing organization and 5 years experiences on operation management position
2.Background in printing industry is preferred
3.Good ability of organization and decision making
4.Good project management skills
5.Sufficient experience on Continuous Improvement leadership
