1.参与公司战略研究，根据公司经营战略目标，提供公司年度经营预算和投资提案，制订并贯彻实施业务工作方针、政策，提供公司内部业务管理改进方案；
2. 负责项目调研分析、编制报告、合同拟制及签署、手续办理和跟踪管理。
3.制定业务领域的产品定位及开发；
4.维持、开拓业务渠道，不断扩大市场份额；
5.维护与关键客户的联系，参与重大业务洽谈，解决业务拓展中的重大问题；
6. 参与公司业务项目审查、业务合同及有关手续权限内的审定等工作。
7.指导建立完善的售后服务，保证客户的需要得到满足，以此提升公司品牌形象。


任职资格：
1．金融、财经、企管和法律等专业本科以上学历，具有三年以上金融、银行、典当、财务等相关业务工作经验。
2.熟悉第三方金融服务模式，有P2P行业三年以上管理百人团队经验者优先考虑。
3.具备独立、全面、深入的项目分析判断能力，较强的风险控制意识和管理能力。
4.具有一定的人脉关系及客户资源者优先。
