1、负责公司投资理财销售团队的建设和管理；

2、带领全体成员按时完成公司指标；

职位要求：

1、 在P2P行业有三年以上管理百人经验的优先考虑；

2、 对市场营销有正确的理解，并经过训练；

3、 对终端管理及大客户沟通有一定的经验；

4、 统筹能力，控制能力强；

5、 具有大局观和责任心，良好的的职业道德；

6、 金融或市场营销专业，男女不限；

7、 有一定社会资源。
