职位描述：

1.根据公司战略、营销策略和目标，制定行业渠道开发、区域渠道开发的市场目标、市场策略及营销计划，并确保有效的执行；
2.负责特定行业渠道合作伙伴的业务拓展、维护；
3.负责特定行业渠道合作伙伴的发展趋势分析和客户需求分析，及时根据行业动态和客户需求调整企业渠道拓展策略；
4.渠道业务拓展团队的组建和管理；

岗位要求：

1.大学本科或以上学历，金融、管理、营销、MBA等专业优先考虑；
2.3-5年以上渠道销售、业务拓展相关工作经验，有知名金融机构或对公销售经验，资源丰富、成功业绩者优先考虑,在P2P行业有管理百人团队经验的优先考虑。
3.具有优秀的计划、组织、领导和控制能力，善于沟通和演讲，文字能力和逻辑性强；
4.具有敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的业务分析能力，能够有效开发客户资源；
5.自信、乐观，诚实守信，勤奋努力，责任心强，具有高度的团队合作精神和工作激情；
6.热爱创业事业，具有强烈的创新意识和创业精神；
