职位描述

Job Responsibility

- Manage overall store operations, personnel, administration and security

- Maintain store visual display and presentation in accordance with the company image

- Ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, discounts, transfer and stock adjustment, human resources issues are aligning with the company policy

- Sustain accurate inventory levels

- Review and analyze sales performance, and react promptly and propose strategy

- Provide seasonal feedback on merchandise movement

- Develop new customers and establish good relationship with customers

- Keep the store in optimum condition and ensure from cleanliness to tidiness

- Train and develop sales clerks to strengthen and enhance every step of the in-store sales and customer service processes ,and maximize sales and customer satisfaction


工作职责:

- 管理日常店铺运营,人员,行政和安全

- 根据公司形象,维护相应店铺陈列,展示

- 确保所有的运营过程符合公司规范,包括销售、折扣、调货和货品调整、人力资源等 - 定期查看和分析销售表现,- 维护准确的存货水平,为制定相应策略及时反馈并提供季节性货品趋势

- 开发和维护与客户的良好关系

- 维持店铺内的整洁性和条理性

- 培训和发展人员,加强和提高店铺销售和客服的每步环节,最大程度提高客户满意度

Job Requirements

- High school degree or above

- At least 5 years of solid experience with proven track record in managing retail operations

- High-end fashion retail experience is preferable

- Energetic, assertive and customer-oriented

- Excellent staff management, leadership and analytical skills

Proficient in computer

- Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin;English proficiency is a plus

- 会电脑操作
