Position: Warehouse Manager ，South of China
Department: Logistics /SCM
Reporting to: Sr. Logistics Manager, China
Location:Shenzhen


PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES:
1. Overall manage warehouses at south of China on operation, performance，cost control and solution optimization.
2. Setup and continuously optimize south warehousing to meet different customer requirement and in a scalable and cost effective manner.
3. Standardize south warehouse operation process with an end to end logistics concept.
4. Co-ordination of product and material planning team and transportation teams to schedule warehouse stock & handling capability. To setup and optimize FG shipping and RM replenishment process.
5. Setup and optimize KPI and regularly review with 3PL/in-house team for performance improvement.
6. Overall manage warehouse team (in-house and 3PL) from operation efficiency, layout optimization, team development perspective and then realize operation excellence.
7. KPI measurement driving for 3rd party service provider management. Monitor warehouse performance. Recommend objectives, targets, action plans and interventions when needed.
8. Warehouse resource planning for peak and off season.
9. Closely track south warehouse and domestic transportation cost.
10. Coach south warehouse team on behavior and mindset aim to be more effective and efficient with strategic thinking.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure south warehouse operations to satisfy customer requirements, no matter in in-house or outsource mode.
2. Closely monitor operation performance, perform root cause analysis for correction and improvement.
3. Work with logistics sourcing team for supplier management
4. South warehouse database setup
5. Enhance warehouse billing audit
6. Work with shipping and custom team seamlessly

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor graduate or above, major in logistics and engineering. MBA preferred.
2. 8 years’ multinational company working experience in warehouse /distribution management
3. Strong WMS experience and WMS implementation experience is a plus
4. Strong operation experience on warehouse and domestic transportation
5. Strong business sense and sensitivity.
6. Skillful with Microsoft office, especially proficient with Excel.
7. Fluent English and be able to work in multinational environment.
8. Good communication skill.
9. Both strong leadership and Team work spirit.
