Responsibilities：

1. Directly responsible for the implementation of the design, underwriting, pricing, approval, development (including patents), marketing, and packaging of jointly developed AIG/PICC Life products for distribution through the PICC/AIG JV distribution company along with designing the distribution services and underwriting program associated with underwriting of such products
2. Indirectly responsible for the implementation of the legal, systems, financial, investment, and human resource dependencies related to product development
3. Provide management, oversight and control for the product development process working jointing with Product Development Work Thread Leads, cross-functional, AIG/PICC Distribution JV, and PICC counterparts, including underwriting, IT, and marketing
4. Jointly develop a Mainland Chinese consumer oriented Quality of Life-like product
5. Design long-term PICC support requirements and infrastructure plans with respect to a services company for 2014 implementation

Requirements:

1. Experience in leading diverse teams and instilling collaboration
2. AIG business understanding and basic knowledge of life insurance business
3. Project management and execution skills required
4. Driver of processes to full-execution
5. Customer-oriented mindset
6. Ability to identify problems and correlating solutions
7. Bi-lingual fluency in English and Mandarin language skills
