Responsibilities:

1. Working together with PICC LIFE, AIG Life Insurance and AIG Agency resources, this position will co-develop and author differentiated life insurance sales concepts, design product launch and marketing plans, create print, video and web-based sales support materials and develop product launch plans.

2. Analyze product structures and provisions, competitors, industry and product sales trends, market conditions and competitive environment, while understanding and balancing the needs of the joint venture companies and all stakeholders.

3. Conduct product and market research and project management of focus groups focusing on the needs of consumer, producers and/or distribution partners.

4. Provide marketing input to the product design, sales and distribution teams.

5. Create marketing and communication plans and concept-based marketing support based on the analysis of competitors’ products features, benefits and product pricing.

6. Create fully integrated consumer/product brochures and other marketing sales concept collateral, including consumer/customer and producer testimonials, video-based point-of-sale collateral.

7. Create and manage web-based product launches and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

1. High level of universal life and term life insurance product and marketing knowledge.

2. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, writing samples required.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

4. Self-motivated, well organized and process-oriented

5. Excellent attention to detail, follow-up and time estimation.

6. Customer service-driven attitude with experience in a fast-paced environment.

7. Bachelor’s degree and min. 5 years experience in life insurance marketing is required

8. Bi-lingual language skills in Mandarin and English
