1.システムのモニタリング
2.E-mail、お電話による、コンピュータ、システムに関するお問い合わせ対応。
3.専用ソフトを使用したお客様対応管理。
必須資格
1.基本的に日本語チーム内でのお仕事ですので、仕事上日本語が最も重要ですが、社内メールは英語で他の多くの社員が中国人ですので、英語、中国語どちらかが日常会話レベルであることが望ましい
2.日本語を母国語とする方
3.基本的なビジネスマナーを身につけていること
4.日本語によるコミュニケーション能力が高く、チーム内で協力し合いながら仕事のできる方
5.お客様の立場で対応のできる方
6.コンピュータやシステム、Microsoft系ソフトウェアに関する基本的な知識のある方
