2.E-mail、お電話による、コンピュータ、システムに関するお問い合わせ対応。

3.専用ソフトを使用したお客様対応管理。

必須資格

1.基本的に日本語チーム内でのお仕事ですので、仕事上日本語が最も重要ですが、社内メールは英語で他の多くの社員が中国人ですので、英語、中国語どちらかが日常会話レベルであることが望ましい

2.日本語を母国語とする方

3.基本的なビジネスマナーを身につけていること

4.日本語によるコミュニケーション能力が高く、チーム内で協力し合いながら仕事のできる方

5.お客様の立場で対応のできる方

6.コンピュータやシステム、Microsoft系ソフトウェアに関する基本的な知識のある方

給与？待遇？ビザサポート 給与：スキル、経験、能力により、相談の上で決定したします。

就業時間：8時間制

休日：中国政府が定めるカレンダー通り

（業務は日本暦通り。中国法定休日日は休日出勤していただく場合があります。）

有給：年18日
