有各种电源电路AC-DC或DC-DC或DC-AC设计开发经验，能有独立开发设计LED driver产品

1. To build-up/lead a group of analog, mixed-signal design engineers. Provide technical leadership and/or direct the work of a team of design engineers, supporting a variety of Power Management Integrated Circuits primarily for LCD backlight applications.

2. Technical hands on guidance will include mentoring the team in analog and mixed signal design techniques and setting standards for detailed circuit design, layout, design flows and tools, and design reviews.

3. In charge of system and transistor-level circuit design, layout supervision, laboratory characterization and test development of power management ICs and LED drivers.

4. Co-work with the Application and Marketing teams and customers to define products, lead the architecture definition for the products, and set the strategic direction of the team.

科系要求：电机电子工程相关

其它条件：

1. Qualifications: PHD or MS plus
2. 7-15+ years in the field of analog IC design experience including at least some management and/or lead experience

3. More than 3 years RD department manager experience is must

4. Experience in LED driver development or application is plus

5. Must have good communication and project management skills
