职位描述
Responsibilities:
· Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout SI China.
· Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
· Agreeing standards with customer and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.
· Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
· Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications.
· Establishing standards of service for customers or clients.
· Leading Quality Review and other QM relevant tasks
· Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical management reports.
· Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.
· Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the customers and with the Company’s Management team.
· Follow up activities from global quality management team.
Skills requirement
· Management skills
· good people management and administrative skills
· Familiar with ITIL processes, at least 2 year ITSM experience with a good understanding of the IT Providers services and qualifying factors in order to understand how Customer requirements will affect delivery
· an understanding of the Customer's business and how IT contributes to the delivery of that product or service
· excellent communication and negotiation skills
· patience, tolerance and resilience
· good understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes
· good presentational skills
· reasonable numeric skills
· the ability to interact successfully with all levels of the Customer and IT Provider organisation
· reasonable technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa
· Innovative in respect of service quality and ways in which it can be improved within the bounds of the organisation's limits (resource, budgetary, legal etc.)
· a good listener with the ability to apply the knowledge gained effectively
· Even-handed and fair in dealings with other parties.
· Language requirement: excellent English read, write, spoken skill.
