Description:



Develop and explore business opportunities, maintain and develop the existing customer relationship; cultivate and develop potential customers.



Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation and close deals both individually and as a team



Work closely with Service line and solution team for technical and commercial proposal



Provide weekly/monthly pipeline updates and reviews on individual and market performance and measures for improvement



Requirement:



At least 5 years sales experience in leading IT service firms



Good understanding of IT service offering especially with manufacturing industry, e.g. SAP, PLM, MES, Managed Services



Outstanding selling skills with a track record of closing new business and achieve production quota consistently.



Good presentation and negotiation skill in both Chinese and English



Ability to work under pressure



Well developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate well at all organizational levels



Bachelor degree or above
