O&G IT solutions manager

Atos Worldgrid, part of Atos Group, is a key supplier of IT and I&C solutions in the Oil & GAS sector and has a wide range of solutions dedicated to Oil&Gas for different levels of the value chain.

We are recruiting a Solution manager for our China entity. The job entails business development, selected project management and customer engagements with AWG’s O&G end to end IT solutions.

Global Role (Business Development)

Identification and development of new opportunities, using a clear understanding of the market, the customers and AWG available solutions and skills.

Build strong relationships with partner and customers

Actively involved in pre-sales activities (with our solution team) and marketing events to promote AWG

Generate and maintain a credible sales revenue for new business sales and renewals

Main Responsibilities

Identify opportunities and secure AWG solution as number one customer choice

Define the go to market strategy with regards to partnership and joined account planning's

Main contact point with the O&G client

Responsible to fulfill the contractual agreements between AWG and the Client.

Take an active role in bid team for RFP.

Responsible for overall management of O&G IT projects

Global Skills (required)

Excellent knowledge of Chinese O&G market, actors and technologies

Prior experience in business development or pre-sales in the O&G market

Solid contact network at senior management level of O&G sectors

Prior experience in selling a I&C or IT related portfolio is a plus

Autonomous, responsible, team player

Languages:

Fluent in English and mandarin

Specific skills (at least 2 of them)

Very familiar with the business processes in O&G industry, Exploration, Drilling, Logging, refining, etc.

Prior experience as a technical engineer is a plus.

Work experience in IT projects or industry related software/ application in major O&G company is highly appreciated
