Manage day-to-day marketing programmes and activities so that they meet the organisation's short and long-term business objectives, comply with regulations and standards, and protect the organisation's public reputation.

3. Principal Accountabilities 主要职责

1 Develop and implement marketing plans for the organization's products/services in order to meet established sale or market share targets. 30%
2 Develop an overall marketing strategy that is consistent with the organization's overall mission, vision and long-term objectives. 30%
3 Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities 20%
4 Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve established sales or market share targets. 20%
