1 urpose of the Job 岗位目的

The WEP Manager will :
-be in charge of the promotion of WEP in WS network and sales teams of our company. Meanwhile, he will optimize and enrich the contents of WEP through field research and constant communication of WSs and field sales teams with an aim at adapting to changes of market scenarios and requirements of our company. The position will handle TS complaints and other WS complaints as well to enhance the overall service level to WSs.
-经销商卓越项目经理将负责经销商卓越项目在经销商网络,以及公司内部销售团队的推广。同时他通过实地调查、同经销商以及一线销售团队的持续沟通,不断优化和丰富经销商卓越项目的内容,以使项目适应市场的发展和公司的需求。该职务也要对流货投诉和经销商投诉作出应对,提高对经销商的整体服务水平。

2. Business environment 业务环境

Main characteristics: (Challenges) 面临的主要挑战:
-WEP manager must have a sound verbal and written communication skill and is able to conclude and summarize the challenges in implementation of WEP and make adaptation accordingly. He must be a person with very good inter-personal skills and is able to maintain good and direct communication with WDM teams, WSs and sales teams in each BU. And can provide guidance and help to WSs during WEP implementation process.
-经销商卓越项目经理必须有较强的语言和文字表达能力,能够总结和归纳卓越项目在执行过程面临的问题,并能提出相应得改进内容。他要有非常好的人际沟通技能,他应直接同经销商发展经理团队、经销商和各事业部团队保持良好的沟通,能为客户在经销商卓越项目执行过程中提供指导和帮助。

3. Accountabilities 主要工作职责

WEP Manager will:
经销商卓越项目经理主要职责为:
-Promote WEP to both WSs and sales teams of our company, monitor the implementation of WEP.
-在经销商网络和公司内部销售团队内推广经销商卓越项目,监控卓越项目的执行
-Gather, conclude and summarize the challenges in WEP implementation, enrich and improve the contents of WEP manual.
-收集、总结、归纳卓越项目在执行过程中的问题, 丰富和完善经销商卓越项目手册的内容
-Train and guide the WSs and internal teams on WEP
-就经销商卓越项目的内容对内部团队和经销商网络进行培训和指导
-Organize the WEP evaluation team to evaluate WSs and be responsible for monitoring and execution of evaluation process, provide evaluation reports.
-组织对经销商进行项目执行的评估活动,并负责整个评估活动的执行监控,提供评估报告
-Compile and upgrade WEP manual on the yearly basis.
-负责每年经销商卓越项目手册的编写和更新
- Handle TS complaints on daily basis and coordinate with field sales and functions
-处理日常流货投诉,并且同实地销售团队和相关部门协调解决投诉
- Prepare TS tracking reports and organize TS monitoring meetings on weekly basis.
-准备流货跟踪每周报告,组织流货监控每周例会。
- Facilitate WS trainings and organize WS Panel meetings
-协助组织经销商培训和组织经销商委员会议
- Gather and compile WS related information
-收集和整理经销商相关信息


4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required 岗位所需的资质和技术能力要求

Education 教育背景: University Graduation is desirable. 最好本科毕业

Experience 工作经验: Sales experiences 销售经验

Technical competencies: (Job related) 技术能力(岗位相关的: Word, Excel, PPT.
