Our client is a reputable hotel owner and operator with hundreds of hotels operating in more than 30 countries in the world and with growing hotel portfolios in Greater China. In line with an aggressive expansion plan, they are looking for a qualified Project Manager to manage their projects in China.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP, the position will be responsible for the overall project management, organization and operations to ensure compliance with standards, timeline, quality and budget. You will plan, schedule and coordinate resources and to analyze and keep up performance of different parties. You have to keep abreast of technological and project-related trends and developments and at the same time review, evaluate and define situations to achieve business goals.
Requirements
To be qualified, you should have 10 years of experience in related industry, with min 3 years in managerial level. You should possess relevant education and qualifications in related disciplines, strong leadership, excellent technical knowledge, and multi-tasking skills. You will manage rennovation projects, on luxurious hotels and mixed-used development projects. Excellent English and Chinese skills are required.
