职位描述
Position: Asia Supply Chain Director
Report to: CEO
Industry: Power Generation
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1)Organizational, procedural and process responsibility
2)Adaptation and implementation of efficient forms of organization, procedures and processes to ensure rationalization potential, to optimize productivity, and to meet safety requirements, taking operational effects into account.
3)Group-wide purchasing strategies
4)Active support of Group-wide and cross-Group procurement strategies by implementing the roadmap to achieve worldwide strategic objectives and secure maximum of productivity and cost targets (synergies through pooling).
5)Optimization and controlling of material contribution to EBIT with business units and/or operating groups, to continuously detect areas for rationalization and increase profitability.
6)Commercial responsibility
7)Carrying out commercial tasks, in particular ensuring that the ordering procedure is conducted within applicable laws and regulations to ensure economic success, efficient operation and conformity.
8)Local procurement strategies (and project support)
9)Initiation of purchasing processes, develop approaches to problem-solving, integrating various objectives to secure local (plant) objectives.
10)In all procurement-related procedures to be a competent partner to all internal customers for the early integration of suppliers.
11)Sourcing, supplier selection, evaluation, continued development of worldwide master supplier data on the basis of cross-functional teams to ensure that demand is met to the highest possible degree and to implement joint cost objectives from the outset.
12)Derivation of team/individual objectives under the anticipated market situations to measure, report, control, and (where necessary) to give coaching in the overall results.
13)Risk management and environmental protection in procurement
Requirements:
1)Masters or Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Business/Commerce or related discipline
2)At least 8 years experience in Supply Management organization, processes and improvement potentials.
3)At least 3 years experience in an interface function like Project Management
4)At least 3 years experience working in Europe or the USA in a Western company
5)Excellent team skills and leadership capabilities with effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills to blend in a multicultural and cross-regional working team.
6)Pro-active, astute and assertive in driving and coordinating the improvements and targets in the different sub regional set-ups
7)Profound understanding of the demands and drivers in a Service organization
