Position: Railway industry Sales Manager-World Famous Manufacturing Company
Report to: Plant Director and Sales Head (Foreigner)
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
? Development of existing business and creation of new customers in the Rolling Stock Market for bulk cables and cable systems
? Direct coordination of a network of customers, agents, local BG/BA organization and product management / production plants abroad
? Sales responsibility (Turnover, margin) for BU TR projects in China
? Acquisition, project monitoring and technical advice of potential and existing customers
? Support in transferring new products to the Chinese Market upon requirements
? Collect and analyze relevant rolling stock market data; communicate to the KAM Sales Manager China; react to new market requirements; Market evaluation, e. g. price, customers,
? competitors, application, target market, local standards
? Representation and participation at trade fairs and congresses
? Optionally preparation of advertising material (brochure, website)


Requirements
? Bachelor degree equivalent or above in engineering, business management, technical, or related fields
? Extensive (3-5 years) working experience in rolling stock related activities (and/or Cable Business)
? Experience in a manufacturing plant is required
? Project Management Driven Business with OEM customers Business understanding
? Understanding of complex networks to work in Commercial and market/sales background as well as strong affinity with technical subjects and abilities to explain products and solutions
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Good presentation skill
? Open
? Proactive, Motivated
? Smart, Analytical Thinking
? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Experienced in MS-Office appliances
? Able to communicate well with people from different culture and countries
