工作职责：

1. 为CEO提供日常秘书工作，包括起草、打印和存档各类文件；
2. 负责计划CEO出行安排以及电话会议，为CEO接见访客做好预约及接待工作；
3. 根据需要陪同CEO出席相关会议，并按照CEO指示做好会议纪要；
4. 整理各项会议纪要、办公文件、工作总结，定期向CEO汇报；
5. 负责接收、递送CEO邮件，并按照重要程度对邮件予以评估、分类；
6. 协助CEO协调内部各部门关系及日常事务处理；
7. 完成其他临时交办的任务。

任职资格：

1. 至少2年高级助理经验；
2. 本科以上学历；
3. 能够熟练使用各类办公软件；
4. 具备英文听、说、读、写的能力；
5. 具有较强的分析能力和学习能力，能够灵活满足业务需求；
6. 较强的沟通、交际与协调能力；
7. 有较强的服务意识, 能吃苦，积极主动，诚实可靠；
8. 能在较大压力下独立、高效地工作；
9. 有海外留学或工作经验者优先。

Position Responsibilities:

1. Provide secretarial support to CEO, including drafting, printing and saving various documents;
2. Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements & conference calls for CEO, provide protocol support for distinguished visitors；
3. Attend management meetings as needed, take meeting minutes as directed by CEO;
4. Review and summarize meeting notes, office documents and work summaries, report to CEO on a regular basis;
5. Receive and distribute incoming mails to CEO, evaluate and classify mails on priority；
6. Assist CEO with department coordination and daily work；
7. Provide other ad-hoc support as needed.

Qualification:
1. At least 2 years working experience as a senior assistant;
2. Bachelor degree or above;
3. Familiar with Windows, Outlook and MS-office, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
4. Good skills in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
5. Strong analytical ability and fast learning, flexible to meet business requirements;
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills;
7. Service oriented, hard working, initiative & proactive attitude and reliable;
8. Able to work effectively & independently under great pressure;

9. Overseas studying or working experience preferred.
