WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
We are a leading multinational company, who manufactures power equipment.
FUNDAMENTAL MISSION:
? Build Production Department
? Manage Production Department
? Start the production in line with quality exigencies
? Involve in the monthly management of people
MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / DELEGATION FIELDS:
? Building an efficient production team
? Make sure the production unit running normally
? Master the quality situation in time; cooperate with other departments to solve the production issue in time.
? Build the Production department in line with the defined quality system
? Master the monthly/weekly production meeting to solve the process issues of production
? Push the “5S” in the on-site workshop management.
? Guarantee a safety working situation in the company all the time
? Highly involved in the recruitment process of his department members
? Highly involved in monthly appraisals of blue collars
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
? More than 5 years of related experiences
? International experience required
? Good executive ability and cooperation ability
? High interpersonal communication skills required
? Autonomous and team work spirit required
EDUCATION:
? Bachelor degree or above
LINGUISTIC KNOWLEDGE:
Chinese: Required
English : Required
