职位描述
REQUIREMENT:
1. College or above.
2. At least one(1) years clerical experience.
3. Experience in the freight forwarding industry is required.
4. Must have PC experience.
5. Fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages.
6. Detail oriented
7. Good communication skills
RESPONSIBILITY:
1. To handle day-to-day documentation collection, preparation and distribution within the ocean team to provide our customers with consistent and overall high level of service throughout the branch.
2. Input data into systems in timely and accurate manner.
3. To maintain the accuracy of documentation data in the system so as to ensure the systems are reliable for track and trace purpose internally and externally.
4. To ensure AMS/ACI are 100% compliance with the established rules and regulations.
5. Verify the correctness of documents provided by shippers, carriers and other service providers
6. Prepare shipping documents as required
7. Coordinate with shippers, carriers and other service providers for invoicing, payment collection and settlement.
8. Distribute pre-alert and required documents to appropriate parties in timely manner
9. To coordinate and work with staff in other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and a smooth communication to achieve the team success.
10. To support the Operations Lead and Operation manager in team development.
11. Other duties as assigned to the position.
