Job description for a Corporate Real Estate Transaction Manager

Report to: Corporate Real Estate Manager – ThyssenKrupp (China) Ltd.

Location: Beijing

Job Type: Regular

Job Time: Full-Time

Experience Level: Mid/High Level

Required Education: University Degree or equivalent experience

Required Travel 30%

Main job duties:

1.Support for real estate transaction projects for TKCN and TKCN affiliated group companies (investment, disinvestment, site selection, contract management etc.)

2.Analysis of RE business cases incl. risk advice, compilation of comparison charts.

3.Support for other office and industrial projects, e.g. due diligence in the course of property / leasehold acquisitions, appraisal, fit-out projects, maintenance projects.

4.Documentation of contracts, licenses, pre-occupation conditions etc.

5.Negotiation of contracts and co-ordination of service providers

6.Real estate market research

7.Support on vendor management

Requirements / Knowledge and Experience:

1.Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate in multinational companies > 3 yrs, incl. key processes of typical transaction management projects, construction project management, due diligence (ideally with industrial portfolios).

2.Knowledge of China land and property statutory and local authority disciplines.

3.Bachelor Degree in major of engineering or other advanced RE technical degree preferred.

4.Chinese mother language and fluent in English language ability.

5.Business experience with international companies is a plus

6.Confident manner, open and communicative personality

7.Structured, methodical and analytical work approach

8.Independence, initiative, flexibility and strong commitment.

9.Strong service focus and team skills

10.Willingness to travel

11.Sound knowledge of MS Office
