Primary Responsibilities:

-Verify all customer orders with correct information in system, like customer's RDD, payment and shipping terms, ship to address, etc
-Make sure ack date is available in system within 48 hours after order entry
-Closely monitor order status to ensure on-time production and delivery
-Timely prepare documents to customers for goods customs clearance
-Provide quick responses to both internal and external customer enquiries
-Co-ordinate with customer center/customers for claims processing
-Co-ordinate with 3PL for shipment arrangement and POD collection for timely invoice
-Keep good/necessary filing for all order process

Qualifications Required:
-Unyielding integrity
-Good English communication skills in both written and spoken
-Literacy in computer is essential
-Experience in handling Import&Export shipping documents and L/C documents
-2 years of solid experience in order management/logistics areas
-Demonstrated interpersonal skills especially when working with internal and external customers

-Ability to learn, train and motivate cross-functional teams
-Experience of WGQ FTZ is a plus
