Job Description
Position Title SCM PSI Specialist
Employee Chinese Name Employee English Name
Business S&P East Function SCM Location Shanghai
Band Starting Date
Primary Responsibilities:
-Track demand and actual usage closely and work with sourcing for Timely purchase order placement and PO shipment follow up, to ensure accuracy and on time material arrival
-Make sure good order fulfilment based on commercial forecast
-Good inventory management to ensure keeping reasonable inventory level
-Aged inventory control and disposal regularly
-Co-ordinate with cross functional teams and 3PL team in daily job for smooth production line running
-Initiate/drive DTW projects to hit cost reduction target
-Work closely with shipper for import shipment documents process
-Timely submit payment request with full supported documents
Qualifications Required:
-Unyielding integrity
-Good English communication skills in both written and spoken
-Literacy in computer is essential
-4 years of solid experience in material planning at least
-Professional technical skill on data base system, OPM, ESS etc
-Experience in handling Import &Export shipping documents
