Job Description -Pre-sales Consultant-South China (Based: Shenzhen)
Essential Functions:
Work directly with the Sales team to engage customers on a technical level with respect to cloud based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.
The individual must have strong problem solving skills. Field service experience in customer facing roles is ideal The candidate should be able to function as a system or storage administrator and understand general business requirements such as how to manage the sales team to improve the sales performance or how to lead a customer service team to upgrade the customer experience.Salesforce.com CRM hands on experience is highly preferred.
Position Requirements:
3+ years of industry experience in a Pre Sales, role at an enterprise level, OA, ERP, HRM or CRM Technology e.g. Salesforce.com CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Siebel, SAP or other China well known CRM preferred.
Client facing experience and hands on experience of giving solution demonstrations to customers.
Knowledge and hands on experience in the following: Sales Force Automation, Marketing esp. e-Marketing toolkits, Customer Services software or other relevant enterprise customer facing applications
Able to manage variety of customer requests simultaneously with quick response and collaborate with the consultant teams to help customers
Able to quick learn and understand solutions and value from various CRM vendors
Experience with Javascript, Perl and PHP is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills, case management, and customer interaction skills are essential
Previous technical support experience
The following are of benefit, but not required:
Salesforce.com CRM Administrator skills
Understand Cloud Computing Model and anxious to dive into Cloud Computing arena
Understand Force.com or other cloud based development platform such as Google App Engine, Amazon EC2,Citrix etc.
Social Media Fans, Weibo/Weixin/Facebook/Twitter/Linkedin etc.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
