-MISSIONS:

?Deliver manufactured Sidel machinery parts for production requirements.

?To assemble workers, machinery and outside services to provide for the timely completion of Sidel machine parts.

?Will establish working practices and follow Key Process Indicators that guarantee product quality in accordance with Sidel standards world wide.

?Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

-RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Analyzes work orders to determine production schedules.

?Computes amounts of stock and supplies required for operations, based on production schedules, and requisitions materials from storage area.

?Directs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to repair products which fail to meet standards.

?Plans flow of materials through department and develops physical layout of machines according to work orders.

?Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.

?Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.

?Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.

?Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.

?Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.

?Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.

?Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.

?Maintains time and production records.

?Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.

?Performs activities of workers supervised.

?Production of Sidel machinery parts according to Sidel standards and quality thereof.

?Participates in implementation of new ranges of equipment and processes in assembly methods and costs

?Participates in WCM sessions where machine planning is affected

?Follows all machine modifications and takes decision as to application thereof in accordance with Engineering and PGPM

?To perform other duties assigned by the management or superior effectively and efficiently.
