Job Description
? Provide technical support for East/South China Mobile phone customers & distributors;
? Expend customer base in East China; Meet design in /design win goal;
? Develop and deliver presentations to customers;
? Work with marketing to exchange technical input on marketing collateral, new product definition, product features prioritization, customer feedback, and product training curriculum;
? Work with design engineering to exchange technical support/sustaining engineering support, new product development interactions, impact of design limitations
Required Skills
? Mobile phone design experience or Touch design experience is preferred
? Degree in EE with minimum 5 years field technical support experience.
? Experience in Assembly and C programming is a must.
? Development tool experience with GNU or like systems. JTAG debugger experience is a must.
? Familiar with Microsoft office - Schematic and PCB layout EDA software tools is a must.
? Familiar with capacitive touch fundamental technology and experience with capacitive touch design
