JOB PURPOSE:

To manage AP Process Implementation & Solution Team under AP HR Operations orgnization, to develop HR implementation Process and provide HR solutions to business throughout the AP Region to efficiently and effectively meet the common global of HR policy execution excellence, enhance change management and gain competitive advantage. Success in this mission is critical for AP HSD to achieve its strategies of deep expertise building, quality improvement, cost reduction and increased employee and customer satisfaction in a fast changing business globalization environment.

JOB DUTIES:


  • Develop HR Implementation Process through working closely with AP HR process owners.
  • Provide HR solutions to customers for the HR challenges or issues that business is facing.
  • Document standard implementation process or practice for AP HR Operation onsite team and provide general training to the onsite teams.
  • Help AP HRO Onsite team to build Governance Metrics.
  • Promote the effective use of standard HR implementation process and provide internal change consulting throughout facility / BU HR teams and for the execution excellence.
  • Be the champion for change management of new HR policy implementation.


Partnering with AP Process Owners, AP 6 Sigma teams, AP HR Operations and facility local HR teams in AP region.

Identify opportunities by partnering with HR Operations onsite teams and facility HR teams and provide change management leadership and on major change improvement projects within AP region. Provide HR implementation process training for more than 250 HR professionals in the region. Participate in major change project reviews in order to offer technical expertise. Identify change integration issues and provide counsel and coaching to the appropriate change consultants in developing improvement plans to achieve the project goals.


Measuring results.

Ensure all HR policy designed / developed / revised by process owners be executed effectively and efficiently through well-thought and developed implementation process. Manage the maintenance of implementation process and adjust upon business needs to which the change project goals, objectives, and metrics are being met. The implementation process could be well shared among all BU/facility HR team as the best practice. HR professionals have the appropriate training and necessary tools and methods to execute the HR policy through effective implementation process.


BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:


Familiarity with ****** functional areas, HR policies and procedures is required. HR Operations and project management experiences are required. Advanced organizational and planning skills, excellent communication skills, high initiative, good business sense, exceptional customer focus, team orientation and demonstrated leadership skills in previous supervisory/management position(s) is highly desired.

The position typically requires a college or university degree or equivalent experience. In addition, five to ten years related experience is typically required. Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to better partner with different HR groups, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
