Job Description:
1.Provide Market insight to KC team to build and align short term customer developing plan in the respective area to achieve NIV target
2. To build tactic and short term Area business plan to achieve NIV target
3.Key customer regional HQ management
4. Perfect Execution including perfect store/ISA/DM execution/POSM
5.People Management
6.Cross Functional Team Coordination including tracking External 3P management and internal cross function
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree and above, 5 years of relevant working experience is required , better from multinational FMCG company
2.At least 3 years related international key customer management experiences.
3. Excellent communication and people management skills;
4. Field management experiences and good negotiation skills are preferred.
5.Good business and market sense;
6.Good at Office (word, excel, ppt, etc.).
