Job Description
Handle top 6 contract manufacturers in South China.
Collect and analysis TAM, SAM, SOM and market Share.
Lead and coordinate price negotiation with marketing team.
Develop and deploy account strategy to the team.
Manage direct and disty business at assigned CM.
Demand Creation at the accounts.
Leverage distributors' value to gain share.
Provide Ease of Doing Business to customers.
Required Skills
Knowledge of EMS accounts and how they operate.
Ability to set up business relation with the management level at the sites.
Demonstrated communication and time management skills
Self motivated to drive revenue push initiative
Ability to work work with engineers on Design opportunities
EE background with CM sales experience is preferred.
Direct EMS account sales experience at supplier is an advantage.
Candidate with more experience will be considered as global account manager of CM customer.
