Job responsibilities:
1) Cross-function resources collection and classification;
2) Constituting one channel investment policy for all categories to maximizing marginal utility of every TTS spend in the channels;
3) Conducting store capacity analysis for all categories, and balancing Unilever TTS spending by category, together with by store.
Job requirements:
1) Bachelor degree above;
2) Over 3 years working experience in FMCG companies, with over 1 year management experience;
3) Experience in trade marketing and field sales preferred;
4) Excellent communication/planning/presentation skills;
5) Good Oral and written English.
