职位描述
Responsibility:
Monitor advanced quality planning with awarded switch suppliers.
Review and approve supplier quality plans on new part programs.
Review supplier manufacturing processes. Assure supplier process control planning (KCDS).
Implement and monitor the part qualification and certification process with selected suppliers.
Review supplier tools, fixture, and part design.
Assure Part and Process approval and improvement.
Administer supplier technical product readiness activities. Provide technical support to customers during start-up activities.
Experience/Education:
College degree with major in Electronics or Engineering.
Proficiency as a Supplier Quality Engineer, or minimum of three years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Engineering, including experience in implementing advanced quality planning process.
Solid knowledge of Electronics, Soldering (e.g., reflow, wave, and manual soldering, etc), terminal application, AAR and TALC etc. Experience of solving frequent failure mode in the process. Familiar with molding and painting process.
Knowledge of switch product and process standard. Familiar with KPC, KCC controls.
Demonstrated thorough knowledge of geometric design and tolerance and gage design and function.
Demonstrated thorough knowledge of AIAG 5 manuals, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC.
