Job Responsibilities:
Manage the information flow within the sales process to facilitate customer satisfaction for a given groupof accounts or sales regions.
Manage the myriad of sales requests, including, but not limited to: backlog management, lead time and other delivery information, line downs, Return Material Authorization (RMA), product availability and finally serving in a triage role with respect to expedite requests.
In addition to these reactive areas of responsibility, the job duties include proactive communications in the form of supply chain information, lead time, product selector guides, and cross-reference guides.
In summary, the customer marketing specialist must balance these reactive & proactive activities and work to systematically improve the customer experience and ultimately will be measured on customer and sales satisfaction.
Job Specific Requirements:
Relationship management & interpersonal skills;
Highly developed sense of responsiveness, both timely and completeness;
Detailed understanding of the sales process & information requirements throughout;
Ability to drive closure with diverse personnel throughout the corporation;
Aptitude to understand the product mix and part level competitive situation.
