Local Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
The work tasks includes the responsibility for planning, execution and documentation of the technical and commercial support of defined customers
Follow up customer service requirements of technical and commercial processing of customer inquiries. The processing is both of technical and commercial solutions for customer requirement realization by feasibility studies in cooperation with other departments.
Maintain sales information platform (CRM) through data (timeline and cost)gathering, checking, input and report generating;
Cooperation for the definition of new products according to customer requirements. Customer offer preparation independently.
Definition of measures to increase customer satisfaction and support in processing of customer claims
Customer analysis (turnover, product spectrum, TAM/SAM, organization, decision makers)
Assessment of competitive environment
Support of budgeting process
Requirements:
University degree, major in Drive Technology or Power Electronic is preferred;
At least 5+ years sales experience in relative Industry.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Strong customer relationship ability
Good ability of competitive analysis & setting up sale strategy
Good project management skill, organizing & coordinating skills
Be able to use English as working language
Organized and able to work independently under minimal supervision;
Team player.
