职位描述
Report to:GM
Responsibilities
? Ensure that continuous improvement is made in all Production MEQ Quality Deliverables (e.g.: RPPM, CPPM, IPPM, SPPM, and Warranty) to achieve goals and targets.
? Local head for responding to critical customer issues, Quality key measure performance and other ?Customer Specific"initiatives.
? Ensure that the plants successfully implement applicable World Class Quality Systems, and are certified to / compliant with BOS, QS-9000. VDA 6.1, ISO/TS16949, etc. as appropriate
? Drive continuous improvement of post S.O.P. Supplier Development and Quality performance. This includes leading the MQR and corrective action processes for supplier issues
? Assure that Manufacturing resources are provided for assessment and approval of post S.O.P. Supplier PPAP´s and provide the appropriate technical support to help a supplier resolve a critical issue.
? Develop Manufacturing Quality Manager / Manufacturing Quality Engineer resource budgets, assess staffing needs, participate in the interview process, and add the appropriate resources when they are required
? Is responsible to ensure that the Quality team in their plants have the necessary skill levels and technical competence to execute their roles, by development and execution of individual development plans and Performance reviews for each Quality Manager that is part of their team
? Take part in the definition of the quality objectives in the business plan and BU strategic planning (Quality Objectives)
? Implement and promote the Quality system, as well as supporting the responsible engineering and plant members to guarantee the achievement of the quality objectives and adherence to the guidelines (Quality System, PLUS-System , Program Support)

? - Promote contacts with the centralized quality positions in BU for impacting standards and contributing to customer satisfaction (Relationship Management) + the supervision and support of projects for the certification of QS systems
? Support activities for new quotations in quality related items (Sales Support)
? Setup and manage the central supplier quality team located in China
? The voice of the customer and quality organization in front of the Chinese organization to achieve goals and targets.
? Work closely and efficiently with the global quality organization to provide relevant feedback and implement or adapt in China our quality strategy.
Requirements:
? Auto industry exp is a MUST, 12+ exp , prefer 15+
? Need strong communication with China JV, CSC and global, strong trouble shooting ability and experience,
? Tier 1 supplier preferred, auto-electronics exp highly preferred
? Ideal candidate should have both plant + regional quality exp
? problem solving skill
