职位描述
工作职责：
1、负责公司法律事务的处理，对公司的经营运行提供法律保障和支持；
2、负责制修订公司法律事务管理制度和办法；
3、负责公司所有合同的起草、评审和管理以及合同文本的制订；
4、负责相关法律文书的起草和审核；
5、独立处理法务函、律师函、诉前争议、诉讼纠纷、仲裁调解及突发事件
6、负责产品专利申请，商标注册等事务；
7、负责实施法律知识和相关业务培训；
8、负责公司诉讼案件和非诉讼事件的处理；
9、处理日常法律事务工作；
10、定期总结、分析公司经营业务中出现的法律事务问题，并向公司领导提出有指导性的建议。
职位要求：
1、法律专业本科及以上学历
2、精通公司法、合同法、劳动法、知识产权专利等相关企业法律法规，熟悉工商、税务等法律知识；
3、三年以上同行业企业实践经验，能够独立处理各类企业诉讼仲裁案件；
4、能独立进行英文书信及文章的书写，并能用英文口语进行日常工作交流；
5、具备良好的分析能力、判断力和执行力，能很快掌握新事物，有一定的调研分析、评估创新能力；
6、具备较强的公关能力、文字表达能力和沟通能力，积极上进，责任心强；
7、良好的抗压能力、保密意识和团队合作意识，善于自我激励。
