Maintenance Manager
Job Responsibilities
? Work closely with other departments to eliminate HSSE risks in plant and warehouse facilities to achieve or exceed HSSE targets.
? Responsible for check, commissioning support for process unit.
? Responsible for check, accept and operate utilities, e.g., steam system, compressed air system, fire fighting system, etc
? Establish and implement Preventive Maintenance plans to ensure all facilities in plant are in good condition and meet Client standards and local regulatory requirements.
? Plan and implement upgrade projects aligned to Maintenance Capex budget.
? Support development and implementation of Capex growth projects
? Prepare annual plan for engineering activities in line with business requirements.
? Lead utilities (Boiler, Compressor, Drainage, Fire-Fighting, Electricity, Water) operating team to ensure smooth operation.
? Maintain Maintenance standard procedures, to ensure all equipment calibration is in line with requirement appropriate management systems.
? Manage Engineering contractors, manage contracts and evaluate the contractor performance according to Client LCMS requirement.
? Asset focal point keeping Maintenance assets in good condition.
? Set clear targets for subordinates, motivate and coach subordinates to achieve satisfactory performance
? Ensure that all subordinates are properly trained with necessary HSSE, functional and leadership competence.
? Liase with government and local authorities for equipments authorization, certification or licensing.
Job Requirements
? Mastery on HSSE MS.
? Professional application of Client LCMS.
? Familiarity with ISO9001/14001management system.
? Bachelor or equivalent degree in Engineering/Mechanical/Instrument / Construction.
? Possess Engineering Qualification Certificate.
? 8 years working experience in facility maintenance, at least 3 years of facility management experience.
? Strong communication and coordination skill, accountability and team work.
