What are my responsibilities?
Goals/Mission
- To help company to achieve the annual target
- Drive to achieve smoothly transaction flow within company from enquiry to booking
- Reduce the overall transaction cycle time
- Manage all sales pipelines until booking
Contacts
- External: Vendor partners, sales channels, end customers
- Internal: Work closely with Field Sales, Risk and Operations
Tasks
Manage smooth transaction flow within company from enquiry to booking, including:
- Conduct credit request with field sales by analyze customers' industry, operation and financial status.
- Ensure customers' documents completed and timely collection, in line with risk policy and guideline as well as Operations guideline.
- Transaction screen and pricing control, develop competitive quotation together with field sales.
- To participate in ad-hoc projects.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Education
- Bachelor or above
Knowledge/Languages
- Deep knowledge of lease/finance business process
- Finance and accounting knowledge
- Risk analysis skill
- Fluent Oral and written English
- Office Software
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
Experience
- > 3 years experience in leasing/financing business in risk management is preferred, or in operations and sales support
- Experience in interfacing with multi functions
- Drive to achieve
- Experience in multinational companies or reputable finance/banks preferred
