职位描述
The following is a comprehensive JD of the Sales Manager, China position.
This position will be based in Guangzhou, Shanghai or Wuxi.
The main focus will be on the 3 sectors - Industrial, Home & Energy, Telco & Storage. If the candidate has instrumentation, medical, networking & storage experience, we may look at their candidacy as well.
Must come from EMS industry.
The Sales Manager, China, will report to the Sales Director, APAC based in Singapore. Sales Director reports into VP SALES based in St Pete's.
The candidate will target and find new customers for sectors and plants within the APAC region.
Responsibilities
*Develop and oversee the sales function, ensuring the sales plan is organised to achieve maximum sales volume.
*Execute the marketing function, identifying key marketing outlets and competitve strategies.
*Target, contact and lead the sales effort until the business is closed.
*Review and understand the financial value proposition generated by the plant.
*Provide feedback and areas of concern in the financial analysis.
*Identify product types that need to be manufacture in the APAC.
*Create customer/product penetration strategies and the deployment of such for new accounts.
*Interpret and communicate customer requirements to enable development of services and operational capabilities to support new customers and business opportunities.
*Ensure the new customer target has the financial stability to do business with Jabil.
*Develop RFQ analysis and present formal presentation to customer.
*Work with local opertions team to provide commercial input on the horital service model from design services to the field service repair pricing model and the Bid Process.
*Promote Jabil's capabilities, footprint and services to new customers.
*Participate in commercial negotiations with new customers.
Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in marketing, business adminstration, engineering or related field is required.
*5 - 7 years of direct sales experience in the EMS industry.
*self starter with strong entrepreneurial skills that requries little supervision.
