Key responsibilities:
? Define and lead cross-functional launch team
? Coordinate with the company and Jiading to ensure alignment on launches
? Lead monthly Launch Board meeting
? Lead bi-monthly cross functional working meetings
? Define and enforce proper launch processes
? Create class-leading tools and materials that accurately track the progress of all launches and highlight issues to management
Key Performance Measurement:
-- KPIs for each launch to be explicitly defined
Academic Qualifications Required:
? Written and spoken English
? University degree
Experience Required:
? Project management experience
? Strong drive and initiative
? Experience working across functions
? Demonstrated leadership ability
? Demonstrated skill in following-up on detailed assignments
? Strong analytical ability
