JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose Statement (2 sentence description on why job exists)
? As one of the MT members in Packaging Coatings APAC , this is a key finance business partnering role in supporting the aggressive business growth plan of APAC region and most importantly to contribute to the achievement of the financial target
? Overall responsibility for all financial reporting, budgeting & planning and proper internal control in Packaging Coatings APAC region

Key Accountabilities
? Achieving the business growth plan and financial target (EBITDA/OWC)
? Lead the OWC improvement projects in APAC and to measure/analyze the set KPIs
? Coordinate the Pricing/Margin Improvement projects and to provide relevant financial inputs
? Provide effective monthly management reporting(P&L/Capex/Working Capital analysis) and recommendation for the regional business manager and APAC management team
? Ensure the OPEX costs are in line with budgeting & Operating plan and advice/working with regional business manager to address the issues identified
? Assist in evaluation of the Capital Expenditure projects across APAC region
? Work/liase with the relevant corporate tax, legal, treasury /share site financial controller to address legal entity/financial operation issue affecting the APAC business
? Advice Director, Asia Pacific & sBU Financial Director on critical financial issue and progress towards the establishment of shared service finance accounting team

Financial Reporting & Compliance
? Ensure timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/yearly APAC financial result and to address the question/issue identified by sBU
? Lead/coordinate/timely completion of the Yearly and bi-yearly budget/rolling forecast with regional business managers/APAC functional head
? To ensure the APAC business are carried out in full compliance with Company Controls Standards (In Control/NFLOR) and timely close all external/internal audit points

Team development & Effective Communication
? Provide effective coaching and training to the regional finance team and China Finance Team
? Undertaking regular base assessment & development dialogues with the key team members
? Establish & maintain good relationship with host BU Finance team at shared site

Job Requirements
Qualifications/ Education:
? Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance & relevant accounting professional accounting qualification(CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) is a MUST
Business and/or Functional Skills/ Knowledge
? High financial analytical skills with strong commercial awareness and understand the operation/interaction of the different business functions; finance/purchasing/planning/production and etc
? Skilled and experienced in influencing diverse cultural/functional/team to achieve the common objective
? High team spirit & commitment & target oriented style
? Must be fluent in both written and spoken English/Chinese. Other APAC language would be an advantage

? Lead by example of aligning team personal's goal and company target
Experience:
? At least 12 years of strong relevant financial experience per description in JDs in MNC plus 8 years in managerial role
? Experience to work in a multi-BU & Matrix organization and successfully delivered the result
? International working experience outside China
