Position: AR and Tax Manager-World Famous Manufacturing Company
Report to: Finance Manager
Subordinates: 12 people
Industry: Manufacturing Industry
Location: Shanghai, Changzhou
Responsibilities:
? Participate to the recruitment of the AR &Tax team member
? Ensure the training and the progression of its team
? Follow the performance of its process and liaise with the Finance manager
? Evaluate AR & Tax team member
? Work with own team and/or with other process teams to identify, and implement improvement opportunities.
? Deliver high levels of customer service within the AR &Tax process area, in accordance with process performance :
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above in Finance and Accounting
? Over 8 years' relevant experience in accounting, tax and internal control
? Management skills (leadership /teamwork/ communication skill, etc.)
? Have profound knowledge and experience in manufactory with international companies.
? Fluency in reading and writing in both English and Chinese languages.
