职位描述

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for providing an effective and efficient human resources generalist function that is aligned with department and company strategic goals. The position will be expected to successfully implement HR strategy and deliver customer service within the organization.

· HR Planning and Budgeting Management

Defining, collecting, analyzing and using indicator data from a variety of sources to identify and drive continuous improvement of HR planning and budgeting with support of Regional COE team.

Drive HR related cost savings and manage HR budgets as set.

· Recruitment and Retention

Attract, retain and motivate staff. Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and

company culture with support from the Talent Acquisition team.

· Training and Development

Identify training /skills / competency needs within the organization with support from the OD/TD team.

Coordinate career development, succession planning and talent management needs in partnership with line

management.

· Employee Relations

Provide HR consultancy support to management team as well as to employees.

Handle conflict resolution, counseling, and other employee relations issues.

Develop effective ways of communication channels to make sure that we have proactive communication "down and up" the organization.

Support to regional/local employee activities and maintain positive morale.

· Performance Management

Manage the company performance management process. Implement performance management initiatives. Ensure that performance management is standardized. Ensure that all employees are informed of and trained in the application of the performance management model and system. Monitoring, evaluating and reporting results.

· Compensation and Benefit

Organizing the payroll, salary, social insurance and other benefit programs implementation.

· Policies and Procedures

Develop, update and implement all HR policies and procedures with support from COE teams. Ensure consistent HR practices and process per company policy and procedures.

· HR Team Management and Administration

Provide coaching and development for HR team or selective employees and build a culture of strong leadership, continuing learning and high efficiency for the team members.

Coach and monitor subordinates for relevant HR administrative duties.



· Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above with at least 8 years experience in HR in multi-national companies. Related Industry experience as a preference.
General HR experience including familiarity with daily operational fields of the human resources practice.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and related regulations
Knowledge of good Excel, Word, HRIS management and report writing skills.
Confident and proactive with good project management skills.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Good communication (both verbal and written), including interpersonal skills and client service mindset.
Strong team player and ability to work independently.
Good command of English and Chinese in both oral and written communications.
