KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
? Perform SQA activities according to the QA standard procedures
? Verify that the activities relevant to the products and services provision are in accordance with the defined processes and procedures
? Conduct in-process audits on the system and software development processes
? Work with project team and follow-up the identified actions when necessary to ensure high quality product/system release
? Maintain the consistency of quality management system with the requirement of CMMI V1.2 and ISO9001.
? Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in process improvement activities based on CMMI and ISO9001.
? Keeps abreast of relevant technological developments.
SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS:
? Establish QA plan
? Perform QA daily check and submit monthly QA report
? Perform in-process audit
? Conduct SQ-review, including the review of quality requirement in contract, system and software requirement, system and software design, documents, submit review comments and follow the nonconformities to closure
? Conduct test readiness review meeting and follow the nonconformities to closure
? Based on the tools and process in Quality Management System, reviews of the system and software release, Review of in-house testing and field testing results
Other tasks the immediate manager/supervisor assigned to
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:
? Computer Science or equivalent.
? 3 - 5 years relevant working experience
? Fluent in written and verbal English language
? Familiar with basic PC software tools, including word processing and spreadsheets
? Rich QA experience and strong QA skill
? Background on software industry or similar
? Be familiar with CMMI V1.2
? Internal Auditor of ISO 9000 is preferred
? Good communication and documentation skills.
? Good team worker
