Position: China BD Manager- World Famous Wire and Cable Company
Report to: China Sales Director (based in shanghai)
Location: Shanghai
Job Description
? Sales Development & performance
ü Establish Strategic relationship between Company`s and Siemens, ABB, Schneider and the related big OEM in the market.
ü Be responsible for developing new business and sales opportunities and cooperate with the Regional sales to accomplish the sale revenue.
ü Roles require development and implementation of territory selling strategies to secure sales growth consistent with company business and annual plan.
? Key account and channel management
ü Set up the distributor channel in Automation market to achieve the target customer.
ü Establish and enhance Key account to reach the yearly target
ü Key account analysis and business plan, including their business development, organization, and bidding.
ü Ensure Company`s organization is aware of the status of global customer and efficient actions should be carry out to keep the business in the pipeline.
? Marketing Coordination
ü Coordinate sales and marketing activities Domestic and international
ü Automation market survey and assessment
ü Represent Company`s at exhibitions, seminar and association to promote Company`s products and total solutions
? Others
ü Obtain relevant information on political aspect that determined business environment by monitoring Chinese developments, legislation and regulation, analyze impact of government regulation and policies towards Company`s business.
ü Ensure to cooperated with other business units internal Company`s china and external china.
ü Be active in business associations and conferences, target to become a speaker in some.
Requirements
? University degree in Engineering, cabling system or similar subjects
? Proven track of sales and business development achievement
? Preferable the candidate has background in Automation industry etc. cable or cabling system
· Specific knowledge
ü Languages: Fluent English
ü Good knowledge of Wire & cables, Automation cables knowledge is preferred
ü Good understanding of Distribution Network Management.
? Technical Business understanding
ü Good knowledge of international business conduct
ü Good understanding and knowledge of china business.
ü Chinese cable market and business development.
