Key Purpose

1. Act as Business Manager for the project composites for Asia (excluding Japan handled by JV);
2. Be the main contact window to the global business manager;
3. Take the role of door opener at OEM's in composite industry in Asia regarding to HP Growth Projects.

Responsibility

1. Be responsible for the business development for the mentioned project;
2. Line up the countries project strategy with the Asia and global requirements;
3. Prepare and update the marketing plan and business case for the project participating actively on the regional workshops;
4. Pro-active manage marketing, branding and communication activities;
5. Coordinate with R&D, Production, Supply Chain and Customer Service the regional activities relevant to the project;
6. Responsible for the implementation of the marketing strategy for its regular review and necessary corrective measures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in polymer science, composite or related major;
2. Min 6 years of business development experience with other international companies in plastic/polymer industry or composite industry;
3. Strategic thinking required to put country actions into regional and global perspective;
4. Proven ability to work in project team and/or highly matrix and complex environment;
5. Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with large customers;
6. Pride in appearance and ethics:Professionalism and well-organized;
7. Entrepreneurial mindset approaching problems with hands-on solutions / ability to think also out of the box;
8. Good command of spoken & written English, able to communicate with colleagues in Europe on business discussions
